The Hair Bow Company has been a trusted hair bow and children's boutique for 20 years and creates custom printed and embroidered hair bows featuring school logos, mascots, team names, colors, and custom artwork for schools, teams, PTO/PTA groups, fundraisers, and organizations.

Our minimum order is 12 custom bows per design. We offer quantity-based pricing, with lower per-bow pricing for larger orders.

Pricing depends on the bow style, size, customization, and quantity. Custom embroidered bows start at $5.25 each and custom printed bows start at $5.75 each for quantities of 12–49, with lower pricing at higher quantities. Our standard turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks after your order is finalized. If you have a specific event or deadline, include the date with your custom bow request so we can confirm availability.

A clear, high-resolution logo or artwork file works best. Vector artwork is preferred when available, and our team can help determine whether your design will work best as an embroidered or custom-printed bow.

Printed bows are ideal for detailed artwork, repeating patterns, and multiple colors. Ink is put directly on the ribbon in a pattern.

Embroidered bows feature a logo, mascot, name, or text stitched directly onto the ribbon for a classic, dimensional look.

We offer multiple bow sizes and attachment options, including alligator clips and Pony-O elastics. Classic bows are popular for everyday and school wear, while larger bows and secure attachments are typically preferred for cheer and sports. We can help make suggestions if you are unsure.

Yes. We create a digital mockup of your custom bow design so you can see how it will look before your order is placed. Once the order is placed, we create the physical sample which requires your approval before it goes into production. Nothing is produced until you approve your sample.

For fundraisers, these digital mockups also give your school or team professional images to promote with while collecting preorders.

Yes. Custom school bows are a great option for PTO/PTA fundraisers, spirit sales, booster clubs, school stores, and special events. Our 12-bow minimum also makes it easy to offer multiple designs without ordering a large quantity of each.

Yes. The Hair Bow Company accepts purchase orders from schools and can provide a W-9 upon request. We also accept standard online payment methods for custom bow orders.
