Items in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn returned within 30 days of shipment excluding items listed below.

Our packages are shipped with the customer option of package protection during checkout for a small fee.

What this means: 

  • By selecting Free Returns for exchanges & Package Protection at checkout, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from loss or damage.
  • Free Returns for exchanges & Package Protection cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed. 
  • If you choose not to purchase Free Returns for exchanges & Package Protection a $6.99 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label and your package isn’t protected/insured. 

Visit our returns portal, enter your order number, choose a refund or exchange, and print your prepaid label.

Please note: If you are exchanging an item, & a balance is owed, the new item will not ship until the invoice has been paid.  Thank you for understanding.  

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your bows! If something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the ship date.

What can be returned
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Defective items are always accepted within the 30-day window.

Final sale
Clearance items purchased online and custom or personalized orders are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item is sent back to us, it won't be refunded. We'll reach out and offer to either ship it back to you at your expense or donate it on your behalf.

How to start a return

Visit our returns portal, enter your order number, choose a refund or exchange, and print your prepaid label. Please note: Exchanges will not ship if a balance is owed until it is paid. Thank you for understanding!

Return shipping
If you added Free Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Protection at checkout, your return label is free. Otherwise, a $6.99 return label fee is deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
