The Hair Bow Company was started in 2008 by our owner and founder, Krissy Sexton.
Krissy is a mom of four, and is dedicated to providing quality clothes kids love to wear at prices families can afford.
Since our launch in 2008, we have expanded from carrying just hair bows and accessories, to boutique styles for the
whole family! We don't have a brick and mortar shopping location, but our warehouse is located in a little town just outside of Houston, TX. The Hair Bow Company employs nearly a dozen local employees and who work hard to ensure each order meets high-quality standards!

Being a part of special occasions from birthdays, to national organizations fun runs, cheer teams, dance recitals, has been such a huge blessing! Seeing customers send photos of their child from birth to outgrowing our clothes, only to have another sibling enjoy them has been amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful that you choose us to be a part of those memories! We even have a blog post where some of our awesome customers got married in our tutus. About The Hair Bow Company: Our Story
In 2008, after an unsuccessful last minute search around our hometown for a white hair bow and oh so trendy at the time crochet headband for my daughter’s 1st birthday photoshoot; I landed at hobby lobby to purchase a spool of ribbon and barrettes to make my own bow. After realizing how hard it was to find one locally, I went on-line to place an order for other bows & headbands I was needing and saw a need for a website to purchase bows, flower clips and crochet headbands at reasonable prices. I started the business with a $500 investment selling crochet clips and handmade flower clips on e-bay from my house. Regular customers repeatedly were asking me to create a website and in 2008, we launched thehairbowcompany.com! I continued to expand our color selections, sizes and styles over the years and have loved watching the trends and styles progress. We moved into our first warehouse in 2009 in Pearland, TX and before long, we were occupying an entire 2nd warehouse in that space. In 2014, we consolidated and moved to a larger warehouse space in Pearland. And in 2019, we moved from Pearland to League City, TX where we currently are located!
