Rainbow Tutu

Our rainbow tutu is SO sweet and perfect for that special occasion. With layers and layers of pretty colored tulle, your little one will be decked out for birthday pictures, parties, or even a fun day of dress up!

Because the skirt is shorter than our Solid Color Basic Tutu, measuring approximately 7"-7.5" in length, we recommend using this tutu for kids up to 4 years old. The elastic waistband, when relaxed, is about 15" in circumference and will stretch to about 28-30".
