Sold individually, these headbands measure approximately 7-8" from top to bottom and approximately 6" wide when relaxed. Stretched, these tutu tops measure approximately 20-22" in circumference. Because these are hand-made, sizing may vary by an inch or so in each direction. These will work well when making tutu dresses to fit approximately 12 months-2+ years.
