Because we are giant fans of tulle and tutus around here, we decided to make a cute hair tie combining the two! 

We didn't have a child model on hand, so one of our employees is modeling this hair tie for us. Just imagine how cute a set of them would be in pigtails!

The steps are shown below. We used about 7 strips of tulle on ours, but you can add or subtract based on how you'd like y
