    A single logo or text embroidered on a cheer or longtail bow.

Setup, Samples & Artwork

  • Embroidery Setup Fee: Customer supplied logo, image or we provide 3-5 text options to select a design. $15 one-time per design (waived at 50+ bows)

  • Printed Bow Fees: Customer-supplied single image or full print, production-ready single logo artwork: No setup fee.
  • Artwork creation, pattern layout,
    or logo adjustments by our team: $25 one-time setup fee per design

  • Physical samples: We do not make mockups of bows. We make the physical sample for approval based on the order design. If you wish to see the bow prior to ordering, we have that option available: $25 per design (this fee is refundable with the approved bulk order). Please note: this is a PHOTO of the completed sample only.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose Your Bow Style:

Select bow type, size, clip type, ribbon color(s) and quantity. And complete the custom order form.

2. Submit Artwork:

Email logo, mascot, or text for custom bows to hello@thehairbowcompany.com
(PNG, JPG, or PDF preferred).

3. Pay invoice for order or sample:

An invoice will be issued once details are confirmed.

  • Retail & fundraisers: payment required before production
  • Schools: NET 15 or NET 30 available with approved PO

4. Sample Approval:

  • Sample photo is emailed for approval
  • Production does not begin without written approval
  • $25 sample fee per design (optional if you want to see the final product prior to placing the order - refundable with final bulk order) This is not mailed out. It is a PHOTO ONLY. Schools may request physical samples if desired with a shipping fee.

5. Production & Delivery:

  • Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks
  • Tracking provided once shipped
