Shipping Options

Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it leaves our shipping department) takes 1-5 days depending on the volume of orders currently being filled, and on your selected shipping method. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we can help you choose the best shipping option. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays). All estimated delivery times are listed in "Business Days" and include Monday-Friday only, i.e. an order placed on Friday and shipped on Monday has taken 1 business day to process. **Please note that orders $150+ may require a signature upon delivery, regardless of the shipping method selected.**

Expected delivery times are based upon the courier's average estimated ship times from the originating zip code (77573) to the destination zip code, and are given by the courier (DHL, USPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible if a package is delayed or lost due to courier issues. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS or FedEx for more information regarding the delivery.

*Due to Covid-19 related carrier delays, actual shipping time (days to arrive at your address after your order has left our warehouse) may take longer than the estimated time given at checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping Methods

"In a bit"

  • Price based on package weight, FREE on orders over $150 
  • Package ships USPS First Class via DHL, Priority, or FedEx shipping depending on total package weight
  • Standard processing time (2-5 business days)
  • Expected delivery once shipped is 7-14 business days (excluding the ship date, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays related to Covid-19)

"Chop Chop!"

  • Price based on package weight + rush processing fee 
  • Package ships USPS First Class via DHL, Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground Shipping depending on total package weight
  • Ships next business day
  • Expected delivery once shipped is 5-7 business days (excluding the ship date, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays related to Covid-19)

"In a Jiffy!"

  • Price based on package weight + rush processing fee + expedited shipping fee, FREE on orders over $300
  • Package ships USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground Shipping depending on total package weight
  • Ships same day or the next business day
  • Orders must be received by 12pm NOON CST for same day shipping
  • Expected delivery once shipped is 2-4 business days (excluding the ship date, weekends, holidays, and carrier delays related to Covid-19) 

Local Pickup Methods

"Local Pick Up"

  • FREE
  • Ready in 3 business days
  • Customer will be EMAILED & called/texted when order is ready for pick up.
  • We can keep the order for 1 WEEK before restocking (no exceptions). Orders not picked up within 1 week of being emailed/called/texted will be charged a 50% restocking fee (clearance items and seasonal items will be donated and are not refunded). 
  • Life happens, and we get that!  If you find yourself in a pickle, or a sick household, etc...and are unable to pickup your order within the week, email hello@thehairbowcompany.com for a shipping invoice (this must be paid within 24 hours). ***THIS EMAIL MUST BE RECEIVED AND REPLIED TO BEFORE THE 7 day window and the ORDER IS REFUNDED/RESTOCKED.***
  • Please note: We are unable to add to or change your order while you picking up your order in the warehouse. 
  • Local returns will be processed with the rest of our mailed returns and are not done on the spot. 

"Pronto Local Pick Up"

  • $4.99
  • Ready next business day by NOON (if you arrive before noon and have not received an email & call/text, your order may not be ready.). 
  • Customer will be EMAILED & called/texted when order is ready for pick up.
  • We can keep the order for 1 WEEK before restocking (no exceptions). Orders not picked up within 1 week of being emailed/called/texted will be charged a 50% restocking fee (clearance items and seasonal items will be donated and are not refunded).

Insurance

Insurance is available for purchase during checkout and is required on packages $150 and over. 

In the event of an order being lost after shipment, insured orders will be replaced without cost to the customer. 

If the tracking number shows USPS or FedEx have received and processed the package, we can no longer take responsibility for your package if it does not have insurance. Customers will have the option of replacing uninsured orders at 50% of the order amount plus shipping. 

 

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification when your shipping label has been created. Packages are picked up daily from our warehouse by DHL, USPS, and FedEX (Monday - Friday only). Please allow up to 24 hours for your order's tracking information to update online. 

You may view the status of your order and track your order directly on our website by logging into your account or directly on the courier's website (USPS.com or FedEx.com).

 

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping via DHL International to Canada. 

Customers are responsible for duties/customs fees, please contact your local customs office for more details as we do not have that information.

Current shipping rates (please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to Canada):

  • Order Amount $0 - $249.99 = $40
  • Order Amount over $250 = 12.5% of order amount
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to Canada due to customs processing.
