The Spring Tutu Dress has a lime green top and lime, yellow, and turquoise skirt. Size small is made using a 6" crochet headband, 1 layer of tulle is tied to make a tutu skirt. Skirt on size small is 8" long. Size medium and size large are made using 8" headbands and have double layered skirts. The medium skirt is 11" long and the large skirt is 16" long.
