| These tutu dresses are amazingly adorable. Perfect for a photo shoot, dressing up for play or even embellishing for a Halloween costume, you will love the tutu dress. Size small is made using a 6" crochet headband, 1 layer of tulle is tied to make a tutu skirt. Skirt on size small is 8" long.
Size medium and size large are made using 8" headbands and have double layered skirts. The medium skirt is 11" long and the large skirt is 16" long.
