Shipping Options
Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it ships out) takes 1-4 days depending on the volume of orders being filled. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we can help you choose the best shipping option.
Domestic Shipping Methods
Flat Rate Shipping:
Based on order amount, FREE on orders over $150
USPS First Class, Priority, or FedEx shipping, standard processing time
Expected delivery: 7-10 days (1-4 day processing time)
Priority Shipping:
Price based order amount
USPS Priority Mail Shipping, standard processing time
Expected delivery: 5-7 days (1-4 day processing time)
RUSH + Priority Shipping:
Ships same or next business day
Orders must be received by 12 NOON CST to ship out that day
Price based on the weight from USPS.com + $15 RUSH charge.
Expected delivery: 2-4 business days from the date of the order.
RUSH + Express Shipping:
Ships same or next business day
Price based on the weight from USPS.com + $15 RUSH charge
Expected delivery: 1-2 days
Please note: Express shipping is through the regular post office and they do guarantee a delivery date of 2 days after shipment.
Local Pick Up Option
Our location is in Pearland, TX.
Pick up hours are 9-2 M-F, excluding holidays.
Valid Photo ID and a copy of the PICKUP notification* are required to pick up your order.
Orders not picked up within 10 days of notification will be cancelled and charged a 15% restocking fee.
*Pick up notifications will be emailed when the order is ready for pick up. If you do not have a pick up receipt and the order is not ready when you arrive, we can fill it at the time you show up for our standard RUSH charge of $15, otherwise, we will need you to wait until you receive the email notification that states your order is ready for pick up.
Insurance
Insurance is available for purchase during checkout and is required on packages $250 and over.
If the tracking number shows they have received it and processed it, we can no longer take responsibility for your package if it does not have insurance.
In the event of an order being lost after shipment, insured orders will be replaced without cost to the customer, customers will have the option of replacing uninsured orders at 50% of the order amount plus shipping.
