Our 8" lined tutu tops are perfect for crafting, and are available in a wide range of colors*. Relaxed, these tutu tops measure approximately 7-8" from top to bottom and approximately 7-8" wide. Stretched, these tutu tops measure approximately 22-24" in circumference. Sold individually, they should fit most girls from 2T-5T**.

Because these are hand-made and shipped to us in compressed packaging, sizing may vary by an inch or so in each direction, though the difference is often resolved after stretching/fluffing the tops.

These tops are lined with soft and stretchy fabric, so no worries about adding extra layers! We do recommend using a crochet hook when crafting your tutu dress to make adding your tulle easy.
